Treble Treble Vol. 3 is the latest installment (and first on vinyl) of an ongoing compilation series featuring Maine’s underground music. The project is partly funded with a grant from the Maine Arts Commission, and is a collaboration between SPACE Gallery and Eternal Otter Records. The first two entries in the series can be downloaded here.

Treble Treble Vol. 3 was curated by Ian Paige, former events programmer for SPACE Gallery and founder of psychedelic, noise, far-out folk band Planets Around the Sun. Released on blue vinyl, the album includes 10 rare and unreleased tracks from an eclectic range of artists, including Big Blood, Samuel James, Wesley Hartley & the Traveling Trees, Jakob Battick, and Phantom Buffalo.
